Her background spans leadership roles in complex, high-growth environments, where shew as responsible for delivering performance, increasing efficiency, and creating operational sturctures that could scale sustainably. Over time, she developed a clear framework for identifying where operations begin to strain - and how to intervene effectively.

That experience now informs Alda Strategy's work with founders, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity.
